The production process of the fully automatic honeycomb paper making machine is carried out automatically. The recyclable raw material kraft paper is processed into a single layer of paper through continuous multiple processes, such as compounding, processing, stretching, pressing, shaping, drying, and cutting. It is made of cardboard with a honeycomb structure. Because of its unique honeycomb structure, it has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, and superior cushioning performance.
The machine also has an automatic feeding device with a 1.5KW hydraulic system and an automatic correction system with a 110 synchronous machine electric cylinder to achieve efficient and reliable production. Through a series of automated operations and 300 roller friction winding, the produced honeycomb paper can be automatically rolled and placed on the pallet.
